Matt Fagin graduated from the University of Illinois in 1991, moved to St. Louis and began a fourteen year commercial banking career. As a senior relationship and business development officer, he financed a variety of operating businesses and real estate projects. Toward the last half of his banking career, his banking business tended more toward real estate financing. With another partner and while still in banking, he redeveloped three historic St. Louis buildings for commercial office space.

In October 2005, Mr. Fagin decided to leave the banking business and embarked on a new career concentrating solely on commercial real estate. Mr. Fagin’s primary responsibility is the purchase of shopping centers throughout the greater Midwest. He plays a role in deal sourcing, underwriting and capital generation.

Mr. Fagin is also a licensed real estate salesperson representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants of commercial properties.
