Scott Stinson is a founding member of Central Realty. He is currently representing a wide array of national, regional and local clients and specializing in the leasing/sale of shopping centers.

Mr. Stinson became a retail property manager in 1987 with the St. Louis office of the Leo Eisenberg Company. His responsibilities included managing more than 1.5 million square feet of retail space located in three states. While at Leo Eisenberg Company he achieved his CPM designation from the Institute Of Real Estate Management and in 2009 he earned his Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) Certification from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Stinson switched from management to leasing/sales, specializing in retail property. In 1994 and 1995, Mr. Stinson was the top retail broker for Colliers Turley Martin, completing over 136 transactions totaling more than 750,000 square feet with a value in excess of $20,000,000.
