Bob Ricca has 28 years of retail experience including 14 years in the supermarket industry. He has experience in negotiation, project management, multi-unit management and site evaluations.

Mr. Ricca joined Central Realty as a special project consultant handling budget projections. He was assigned property management responsibilities in January, 2000. He currently manages over 700,000 square feet of retail space.

Prior to 1999, Mr. Ricca was director of operations and leasing for Superstars, a 30-store national chain specialty retailer.
