Our property managers effectively handle construction projects to ensure our client receives the desired result on time and within budget. The manager determines the scope of work; works with contractors and manufacturers to determine the correct specifications; and finally, collects bids to make a recommendation to the client.
The selected contractor and their work are monitored to ensure completion according to specifications, as well as ensuring payment is made and waivers endorsed after all suppliers and subcontractors work has been paid.
