At Central Realty we practice a "hands-on" approach to retail property management. Setting Goals and Strategies
Once we have identified the property owner's goals, our property managers and leasing specialists make realistic recommendations to meet those objectives. These recommendations are presented in a report which includes initial, short-term and long-term strategies that support an overall plan.
