Bob Horn is a founding member of Central Realty. His expertise in developing long-term relationships with national and regional retailers affords him constant opportunities for repeat business.

Mr. Horn started his career as a retailer owning his own men’s and women’s specialty store in Clayton, Missouri for many years.  This experience prepared him well to assist tenants and landlords with their commercial real estate needs.

Mr. Horn served as a top retail salesperson and sales team manager for two of Missouri’s largest commercial real estate firms.  He has leased, sold and represented hundreds of tenants in their expansion and relocation needs throughout St. Louis and the greater midwest.

Mr. Horn’s combination of retail experience and real estate knowledge provides his clients with first-class service. His experience as a retailer has been invaluable in his ability to understand and work with both retailers and landlords. Mr. Horn has worked with many institutions and retailers and is respected throughout the industry.

Central Realty has grown since its formation in 1996 to become a leading Midwest retail property services company. Central Realty currently services a portfolio of shopping centers Missouri, Illinois, Ohio and Arkansas. Greg began his career in real estate as director of marketing and recruiting for a residential real estate company.  Greg made the full time switch to commercial real estate in 2006 affiliating himself with Central Realty leasing commercial properties in the midwest.

Greg has completed numerous assignments from representing shopping centers, tenants and selling numerous investment properties for clients.  Greg has served in leadership roles for the International Council of Shopping Centers and has helped facilitate numerous industry educational and networking events.

Scott Stinson is a founding member of Central Realty. He represents a wide array of national, regional and local clients and with extensive experience in the leasing/sale of shopping centers. Mr. Stinson became a retail property manager in 1987 with the Leo Eisenberg Company. His responsibilities included managing more than 1.5 million square feet of retail space located in three states. While at Leo Eisenberg Company he achieved his CPM designation from the Institute Of Real Estate Management.

Theresa joined Central Realty in July 2006 as the newest member of the accounting department.  Theresa has continued to grow in her position and currently is responsible for all property and Central Realty accounting.  In her role she interfaces with Property Managers, Property Owners and outside accounting firms.

When she is not counting the numbers, Theresa is a performing member with St. Louis Osuwa Taiko, and frequently bakes sweet treats for the office.

Theresa has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Truman State University, and is a member of Delta Sigma Pi professional business fraternity.

Julie joined Central Realty in 2013 as a member of the accounting department specializing in accounts receivable and payable.  Since then, Julie has performed a wide variety of activities from handling maintenance requests from tenants to running a bicycle race at one of our managed properties. She always has a smile for everybody and enjoys cooking in her spare time.
